We've been bird-watching this past week and thought it would be fun to put some seed out for our winter visitors. I pulled a package of old buns out of the fridge and we spread them with peanut butter then rolled them in birdseed. (Thanks Rebecca for the idea!)
I originally thought the buns would be stiff enough to tie fishing line around and hang, but that didn't work. Luke had the idea to set the seed on the branches, but that didn't work.
So we ended up just putting the seed in the window box just outside Luke's bedroom.
